It was impeccably clean, everyone was experienced. The food in the bar was fresh. Liked the queen room with amazing bathroom, and unbeatable and handy location to the Gloucester Road tube station. The service was very good, the breakfast was freshly prepared.

Whilst our twin room was compact it was very tastefully furnished and well equipped. Lovely toiletries, bathrobes and slipper provided and a good range of teas, coffees etc as in room beverages. Excellent continental breakfast, but we paid a little extra for an englished cooked breakfast. Complimentary glass of champagne in the bar early evening was a nice touch.

Great location for a trip to London near Gloucester Road Underground station and just a walk away from the V&A and the Natural Science Museum. Very comfortable bed, nice toiletries, and good continental breakfast.
Room was comfortable but a bit small with only 1 chair and a bedside lamp only on one side of the bed. This was our second stay in this hotel booked in the same way, and we had a larger room the first time. The staff can be a bit slow in replenishing some of the food on the breakfast buffet, and occasionally guests may have a short wait for a table.

Very comfortable, well-furnished rooms. Excellent shower and bathroom, with cotton bathrobes and a good selection of quality toiletries. The free glass of champagne was a nice touch.
Breakfast room is small and some guests (not us), who arrived for breakfast after we did, had to queue.

The location of the hotel was excellent and ideal for Tube. It was quiet and welcoming and the breakfast was fine. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I think it was rather expensive if you keep in mind that the room was very small and the breakfast was poor.
breakfast-rooms are rather old

The location was excellant The room was clean and had a lovely heated floor & mirror also the curtains were nice & dark The conceirge was very helpful & the complimentary champagne was nice I did think the room we got was pretty small when staying for 6 nts, it was hard to fit in 2 large suitcases & still walk around
As I aid previously the room was very small when staying for 6 nts also I am quite short & found it difficult getting in & out of the shower which was quite high & pretty slippery

Kind staffs, flexiblity for some irregular request from guests, good location (easy to access from Tube sta.), free welcome drink at the lobby & comfortable/spacious room
broken bedside lamp (bulb), broken LAN terminal (port) in the room, just one thin curtain for bath room window (easy to be seen from the street since my room was on ground floor) & a bit poor breakfast

Beautiful and outstanding room with a shower, a plush traditional style and comfy queen bed. Very close to a metro station, easy access.
Beds were too firm.

The location made it easy for the kids to explore nearby museums and engage in fun art activities. The staff was consistently friendly, and we appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which accommodated our pet comfortably.
In my wife's opinion, they could improve on having more family-friendly dining options.
